The Democratic Alliance use their Metro Police as “Political. Tools”.
Why?
Because the DA’s own website states that the “Metro Police”, will uphold and enforce their DA’s Municipal By-laws.
People lost their lives, during the stoning s burnings and shootings, due to JP Smith and the DA Impoundment of 15 Taxis., at 4pm , on the start of peak hour .traffic.
JP Smith, is the DA’s “Safety and Security Mayco member”:
Does JP , not know that DA John is taking Malema to the United Nations , on charges of. “Genocide”, for singing the ” Kill the Boer. Song”.
JP Smith is “Head” of ” Safety and Security”: Does he not know ” By-Now”, that the taxis will strike , and total chaos will erupt.

The Metro Police are Used as the Democratic Alliance’s Political Tool to Strongly Uphold and Enforce Municipal By-Laws upon the Taxi Industry and other Road Users: Resulting in Traffic Road and Economy Chaos.
Metro Police must have a separate department to Metro Traffic Officers, as there are two distinct ways of public interaction:
Metro Police are heavy handed and focused upon arresting citizens for “Municipal By-law Offenses”.
DA website departments claim before a person can become a Metro Police Officers, they need a Traffic Officers Certificate.
Once you become a Metro Police Officer, your “Sole Mandate” is to uphold “Municipal By-Laws”. (Hence a Political Law Enforcement Tool Problem)
Resulting in Traffic Chaos, as Municipal By-Laws are heavily and strongly Upheld)
South Africa can’t have “Law Enforcement Departments”, that are at “War with the Public Road Users and the Economy”.
Why?
Because “Law and Order Will Collapse”, which means the Supreme Law,of the Republic, being the “Constitution”, will not be “Upheld or Fulfilled”, country’s economy goes into “Chaos’.
Law Enforcement, is not meant to be used as a “Political Tool”, for Citizens know full well when they are being targeted, with “Unjust Laws”.

JP Smiths own words, numerously state, that fines are not working and so by-laws have been publicly stated, written and implemented.
Does JP and the Democratic Alliance believe that they are above the National laws of South Africa, which state fines need to be issued for certain offences.
JP Smith and the DA are now impounding vehicles, based upon their own new publicly stated municipal by-law offenses.
Why did JP Smith conduct an inspection at 4pm in the afternoon: It is the start of “Peak Hour Traffic”?
An inspection in the morning, would minimize the chances of traffic chaos and commuters being stranded at night in Cape Town .
Do you believe that by JP Smith doing an inspection of taxis at Cape Town Station, at 4 pm, would not have resulted in the taxis operators becoming angered and responding.
JP Smith talks big on the safety of South African Citizens : Then why did he not do an inspection early in the morning, so commuters would not be stranded at night time or cause traffic chaos at night?
Simple 1 + 1 thinking about the safety of South African Citizens and not causing traffic jams and chaos at home time, 4 pm for some people, and during peak hours of traffic.
An inspection at 4pm of taxis was meant to disrupt peak hour traffic, if you use logical thoughts.
You can’t be the “Safety and Security Mayco Member”representing the DA, if you conduct taxi inspection at 4pm in the afternoon, on the start of “Peak Hour Traffic”, knowing that your actions can result in the Traffic being majorly disrupted during peak hour traffic.
To top it off and over the top, why is JP allowing Metro Police to conducting taxi inspections on Cape Town Station rank, knowing full well, that your departments has a backlog of issuing “Taxi Permits”.
This would then be targeting the taxi industry, after your negotiations with the taxi industry has failed.

No political party or safety and security mayo member should be above the national laws of South Africa.
South Africa Citizens need to get to the bottom of what are the actual facts and data, that has result in the loss to the economy, loss of earnings for citizens, loss of damages to road infrastructure, loss of tax papers monies, safety and security of citizens placed in harms way or injured and damages to vehicles.
JP as “Safety and Security Mayco Member”, should have taken into consideration that DA John, has gone public on taking Malema, EFF leader, to the United Nations.
News channels were reporting on this Nationally, so being the DA’s head of “Safety and Security”, he should of known that “Chaos” of burning, stonings and shootings of vehicles would happen, especially near Townships.
As Mayco member of Safety and “SECURITY”, JP Smith is supposed to think ahead of time on what responses, would follow for impounding 15 Taxis at 4pm, on the start of peak hour traffic.
JP Smiths , new municipal by-laws, of focusing on impoundment of vehicles, in stead of applying the National Laws, will also place the public in great danger.
Why?
Beacuse if their vehicles are Impounded late at night, the driver, women , men and their children will be left on the side of the road.
This places the “Public”, children, teens and adults in harm’s way, late at night.
Already metro will “Impound” Bolt and Uber taxis, and leave the passenger on the side of the road?
If a taxi gets impounded, instead of a fine, this means they can not use their taxi to generate earnings to pay for the impoundment.
The general public, who have their vehicles impounded, will not be able to get to work and earn a salary.
This means JP Smith and the DA are taking the Means to earn a living from South Africa Citizens, which is breaking the Supreme Law, of the Republic of South Africa, being the Constitution.
Right now JP Smith and the DA believe that they are even above the South African Constitution and Rights it ensures to the Country’s Citizens
This is can not be allowed, as it is the duty of all South African Citizens, to make sure that the Constitution is ensure and fulfilled , for all Citizens of South Africa.
