Once children and teens afford themselves the opportunities of understanding the basic functions of the human brain’s ability to process, learn and recall memory and the natural traits of human beings that can affect the abilities of processing, learning and the recalling of memory, they will then afford themselves the opportunities to excel at school and in their social lives to be well spoken, well read and educated, with the ability to be calm in mind to excel.
Once parents and guardians know that their child or children are excelling at homeschooling or school and are obtaining excellent school report cards, they can then afford to concentrate on being the “Breadwinners” of their family unit, with the added bonus of having time to focus on additional income revenues, even start new businesses or money generating platforms.
The bonuses to the children are that their caregivers then have additional income to provide better and offer more opportunities for their children’s futures, hopes, and dreams.
The bonuses to community and the country are that when more parents and guardians are focused on creating additional income revenues or creating new businesses, it then helps their country’s GDP to increase, which generators more wealth, more spending and more taxes, which creates more employment opportunities and opportunities for additional new businesses to start, which will further create and generate new jobs, which affords more opportunities for the youth to be employed or gain access of money.
For children and teens:
Acknowledge these two traits of humanity:
1. Children, teens, and adults will often forget something or misplace an item.
2. During conversations children, teens and adults will think of something to say and will forget their thought or comment they were going to add to the conversations.
Now acknowledge that these are not flaws or mistakes in humanity, but are humanity’s ability to protect the human brain in case of a traumatic experience that needs to be forgotten, as well as the way in which the human brain processes and functions according to importance of the task and the immediate environment of importance.
It is also the ability of the brain to switch off and not retain massive amounts of information and clutter in the immediate state of mindset, that would otherwise drive humanity insane had they been exposed to this mental information and clutter every time they were awake or asleep.
Acknowledge that for the brain to concentrate on a task fully, it needs to stop access to memory clutter, so that a concentrated state of mind with a clearing of past thoughts, so that the brain can apply it’s function to a new task or conversation.
Once you acknowledge these human traits you will be able to be calmer and use the functions of your brains processing abilities to your advantage.
Calmness is also the key that allows you to use your brains functions and abilities far more optimally.
It is very important to understand these two common traits seen and experienced in our daily lives, for by understanding and acknowledging these traits it will help you afford yourself to understand how to control your emotions and understandings of how to empower your brain’s daily functions.
The brain has a natural ability to block out short term and recall call memory, for when people need to clear their heads to concentrate on a specific task or when listening to people they will aid their short term memory, if they are conscious of any thoughts that may be off-topic, will not be held in short term memory, for the brain is functioning for focus and comprehension of the task or listening, and the brain will quickly block out thoughts of short term memory that may be off topic of the conversation or the concentration and focus towards the task being worked on.
People should not get upset when this happens as it is the way in which the brain functions. But once you can gain more consciousness and understandings of how your brain functions, you can then multi-task better.
A key to memory ability, is to be conscious of, that the brain remembers easier when either happiness, happy emotions or pain is experienced. As people learn from good and bad experiences.
By being calm you can also allow your brain the ability to remember, for as soon as you are stressed, flustered, anxious, upset or frustrated you then block the keys of ability to actress your short and long term memory.

You will then afford yourself the ability to empower yourself with insights, understandings and acceptance of how to aid yourselves the opportunities to excel at academically, socially and to be of sound mind, body and soul.
Children, teens, and adults who have misplaced an item will need to retrace their activities or steps in order to find or have a recall memory thought of where they have placed the lost item.
Children, teens, and adults will also experience a thought and comment to add to a conversation but will forget as they listen.
The listener will have to ask the talker or talkers to repeat parts of the conversation in order for them to remember their lost thought and comment they had wished to add to the conversation.
The above traits are also seen when a learner will study for an exam and obtain excellent marks, and if the studied notes are not refreshed into memory again then a lot of the studied information will be forgotten for any future exams.
You will often hear people saying ” Use it or lose it”.
Children, teens, and adults should acknowledge these traits and not stress about them or let it consume them mentally, for once you have gained career qualifications outside of school, a simple opening of textbooks or easy and quick online information searches will refresh and aid recall memory, allowing for informed decisions to be made or advised.
Children, teens, and adults need to be aware that life long depression, anxiety issues, and mental issues can be established at school and socially if they allow their emotions and natural brain functions to be negatively affected or influenced.
By gaining insights and understandings of the causes of these mental issues, it then becomes so easy to not fall victim to mental problems: self-doubt or low self-esteem, depression, anxiety…
For children and teens:
A school is just a place that allows you to obtain a language medium that will be used to obtain career choice qualifications after completing school.
A school is also a place that allows you to grow your social networking and how to hone your social skills.
A school is also a place to develop sporting skills, fitness and habit preference of after school sporting lifestyles.
A school is also a place where you can mold and develop your own personal critical and independent skills and thoughts, where you can hone your own analytical deciphering abilities.
A school is a place where you can perfect the correct pronunciation of words, master the eight parts of speech along with the 31 spelling rules, which will allow you to be well-spoken, well read and well educated, that will allow you to be accepted in business, social and society circles as been well educated and a person that has the education to be trusted with business deals, an entrepreneur capable of delivering a service or an employee with potential for success and promotion worthy.
***** A school also affords you the opportunity to develop your personal drive to succeed and self disciplined in subjects you may not like or believe you have no interest in and if you can excel in these subjects it will allow your mindset to excel at your first job, that you know is just a stepping stone and a job to earn some money.
Employees, bursary foundations and companies would be more inclined to pay your study fees, for you have proven yourself academically capable *****
Unfortunately in many of South Africa’s schools, you will be facing many challenges with regards to the chosen format of teaching:
– The biggest problem you will have to sidestep is the new style of reading, which states that there are many “Sight Words” that can not be spelled and will have to be remembered by the learners( Only problem is that the human brain is designed to forget)- Children will also be heavily encouraged to remember the sight of other whole words. ( Again the only problem is that the human brain is designed to forget)
Now you have already gained insights and understandings of the two common traits of humanity, been 1 and 2.
Unfortunately, this is where life long mental issues are developed in many unsuspecting and trusting children.
Little and even older kids will forget to be able to spell simple words like saw, was, the, etc.Some kids are even going to mix up  ‘b’ and  ‘ d’ or ‘p’ and  ‘q’.
The problems are that with so many school systems choosing to adopt teaching technics that are focused heavily on instant memory recall, it places many learns at risk of switching off mentally due to stressful emotions related to human traits and the way in which the human brain functions daily.
Unfortunately, another human trait will emerge and it is the ability of humans to learn from stress, anxiety, bad experiences or traumatic emotions, that will see the individual switch off mentally.
Humans learn from bad experiences, smells or tastes. Many people might have gotten drunk on a certain brand or make of alcohol and with just the smell of that alcohol, it is enough for them to recall the bad memories and feelings of getting sick or feeling like they were experiencing alcohol poisoning and were about to die.
Unfortunately, many children and teens will relive or feel panicked with just the thought of having to attempt the deciphering or recall memory of words or phonetically sounds, and many will immediately be so stressed that access to short term and long term memory will be instantly blocked off.

Children might be seen to attempt to hide from the teacher’s sight by cringing behind other children sitting on the classroom floor.
Or a one on one with the teacher will see the child just guessing, or becoming extremely silent, or red-faced with embarrassment, or the pleading terrified facial expressions or becoming frustrated and disruptive in order to force them to be kicked out of class. 
A quick glance around the classroom would see other learners cringing and looking down at their school books and wishing they could disappear or be anywhere else than in the classroom in case they might be asked similar questions or placed in the present position of the child now been the center of the teachers focus, or recalling a memory of being the center of the teacher’s attention.
The same scenes play out over and over again in many schools globally.
But here is the beauty, you now understand the problems and don’t have to become victims of developing life long mental issues, for Siobhan’s FREE ABC’s Routines will show you how easy it will be for you to excel at school and in your social lives.
But first let’s understand these mental issues been made, that many children are developing so that you can understand how to rid yourself of them if you have fallen victim to any of these mental emotions or simply to know how not to become a victim of negative mental emotions.
Some children will play the clown or disrupt the class and teacher so that they don’t have to answer the teacher’s questions, so as to avoid the mental stresses and emotions they have experienced or associated too the preconceived scene they believe is about to happen.

The result will be that many of these children will then be signaled out as been problematic, disruptive and having learning disorders, and their parents will be contacted so that the teacher and guidance counselor can suggest the children see psychiatrists, in order to be accessed for ADD, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
It may even be recommended for the children to see optometrists, to determine if they have any eye problems or been able to see letters and words in focus.
If you are one of the children and end up been placed on ADD or ADHD medication, you will notice that you will lose peripheral vision. ( side vision)
The reason for the loss of your peripheral vision is due to your eyes not being able to adjust the pupils during various light intensities. 
Unfortunately, your pupils will remain dilated due to the drug stimulant high of the serotonin of the ADD and ADHD medication. Traveling to school by yourselves places you at risk if you are not wearing sunglasses, as without them your sensory vision will be compromised, and due to the loss of your peripheral vision you will not be able to see or react too fast approaching vehicles or any other dangers.
A human trait will be noticed at school for those who are now squinting and attempting to read words in sentences.
The human trait of squinting is a command given to the brain to fine-tune the eyes to focus on an object,  approaching danger or to obtain finer details so that the brain can make an analysis of the importance of the object been scrutinized. 
The stopping of breathing will be noticed in anyone who is squirting to gain finer detail of an object and they will move their head closer to the object to be able to gain a better view. 
The stopping of breathing will be noticed and it is a command and a way to instantaneously engage the brain to focus and analyze.
The brain will also block out the clutter of disturbance from the immediate surroundings. Tunnel-vision and tunnel-thought will become the brain’s primary function to gain the best analysis of the object or word.
The ADD and ADHD medication will further enhance the tunnel-vision and thought, for that is what the medication is designed to do. It is designed to subdue as well as cause fine detailed viewing and focus, and block out sensory vision and perspective of the surroundings
Children on the medications downer side will appear to be in a daydream mode and often be seen to be in a blank stare  mode, their reactions to your voice will be slowed, as it is difficult to break them free from their switched of mode.
A group of children can also be observed who have been swimming in a chlorinated pool for a while and they will eventually get out if the pool and lie on their towels.
If you observe them you will notice that when they start conversing with each other they will often be heard asking one another to repeat themselves and will have the blank stare look and the daydream look. The reason being is that the chlorine from the pool has disputed their body and brains chemical enzymes.Read the pamphlet of your child’s medication of the compounds that are present.The disruptors that stop the body from using the bodies own chemical enzymes.

This will help you understand why children taking ADD or ADHD medication are now placed into a self induced mental manipulation, which will be seen and revealed as not been able to keep track of the sentence line or the word if they look up and away from the text.
Many parents and guardians will say that their child have difficulty in reading and will battle to keep track of the sentence or the word been deciphered, the moment they look up.
The children attempting to read, will look up and make eye contact with the persons who are monitoring their reading, in a desperate attempt to use and gain the human trait of empathy, which will be revealed and seen on the children’s facial expressions.
The children’s facial expressions will be revealed as: red faced and embarrass, big puppy eyes to please be kind to me, blank look of I am lost and struggling, go easy on me I am stressed, anxious and panicked, please stop I am struggling and I am an emotional reck, and then the blank switch off mode as their mind’s switch off and they give up and disengage emotionally with a blank stair at the desk or text book.
These children’s facial expressions and scenes will play out globally each day, for globally 1 in 5 children will be diagnosed with ADD, ADHD and dyslexia and will be placed on medication and experience these scenes.
For children and teens:
By understanding how your mind and human traits work, you can then empower yourself by understanding how your emotions can be impacted negatively or positively, which makes it easy for you to be able to use your positive emotions too excel at school and in your social lives.
Children who attempt to read, with dilated pupils, will be unknowingly be directed by their mind to decipher each word as a flash card word task and once the word has been deciphered the task and focus are completed for that specific word, and comprehension of past words will be forgotten, for your brain is now in fine tune mode of just completing the task of a flash card word, and words will not be placed into short or long term memory.
You already know some human traits of how your brain process short and long term memory, as well as your brains ability to clear itself of thought when a specific task needs to be completed.
The next task begins and the next word is deciphered as a flash card and after a few words have been deciphered they are forgotten.
Unfortunately, this will result in not allowing the brain to read for comprehension or memory retention , for the brain was asked to focus by using the command of squinting for a detailed scrutiny of a specific word and task.
The children will then hurry to move onto the next word for deciphering, for in their minds they understand reading as been able to read words one after another and as quick as possible.
A common factor will be observed and revealed when the reading monitor asks the child questions relating to the text that has just been read. The child will not be able to demonstrate clear comprehension of what they have just read, due to flash card reading style they have asked their mind to do, instead of reading for memory comprehension, the mind has done exactly what it was asked to do, due to the human traits and what their commands( tasks) mean to how the brain has been asked to process. .
Unfortunately, children who are squinting will not realise that they have limited their natural vision’s tracking sensors and their mind will not track or sense the sentence above or below the present sentence they are attempting to read, or even track the words that are on either side of the word they are attempting to decipher.
Unfortunately, this is like running into a brick wall and believing a positive outcome will take place, other than the same result of been stopped in their tracks by the brick wall or the style of flash card deciphering task the brain believes is to be done.
These are the reasons why children will develop a belief that there are things wrong with them and their brain, and that they are dyslexic and have ADD or ADHD.
Unfortunately, these children will develop life long mental problems: anxiety, depression, self doubt, low self-esteem, over attempting neatness or correctness and a high possibility to give up mentally and commit suicide.
The children can also develop mental mindsets of been aggressive, frustration and easy to anger, as a way to cope and gain power over their negative emotions and belief that there is something wrong with them.
Another problem arises and will be revealed as classmates and society shun and ostracise children on ADD and ADHD medication, due to the high that serotonin creates which causes the children to demonstrate lack of social acceptable interactions and unpredictable loudness or just butting into conversations, which demonstrates lack of decorum or consideration for other people’s emotions or feelings.
The human trait of the need to be accepted by their peers and society is revealed in societiy’s daily lives and actions each day.
The human trait of how other people make you feel emotionally will also kick in and your soul will guide you away from those that make you feel negative emotions or force you to feel bad emotions or experiences or from those that don’t demonstrate acceptable actions. 
Just like a bad experience or service at a shop will be revealed by your soul guiding you not to go back to the shop, due to your bad experience and negative emotional feelings you were forced to endure.
Just like recreational drug users will often make non-drug users feel uncomfortable. The drug users will often be loud and unpredictable, and often demonstrate no decorum or social acceptable norms, which will see non-drug users moving away at the first opportunity given.
Often people will hear parents and guardians stating that they need to keep their children or child on ADD or ADHD medications so as to be able to lessen their child’s outbursts or lack of decorum or lack of empathy or erratic behaviour.

A visual scene is often revealed on weekends, but unfortunately it is given little thought or questioned as why.
The scene plays out where children who only take the medication during the week and have a break on the weekends. 
Friday the lack of decorum is still present and by Sunday there is a major change and shift where the child is showing decorum, demonstrating more acceptable society traits and been far more calmer, with a distinctive trait of been responsive and making eye contact when spoken to.
Unfortunately, the similarities of the children’s high with dilated pupils, on friday and recreational drug user’s high and dilated pupils are not given thought, and neither are the similar behavior traits.
Over the course of time children taking medication, will lose weight, become pale faced and look sickly and start to develop ” Chinese featured eyes”, due to the squinting which will cause muscle development and wrinkle lines in the corners of the eyes, near the temples.
A common trait of concerned society members is to ask their friend or work colleges who have pale complexions and look sickly if they are feeling alright and make a direct comments that their friend looks sick and should seek medical help or should book off as been sick and go to a doctor.
For the classmates and society:
These are the battles that many children on ADD and ADHD medication are going through, which means that the collective brain power of 1 out of 5 people are been lost, which could be helping you create a better world and a better country you are in. 
The added brain power could help stop the present Global Climate Crisis and the Global COVID 19 Crisis, which at present is jeopardising your very own future and survival, that depends on having a Planet that can sustain human life.
So go easy on these children on medication for you now understanding what they are having to endure, for these children will soon be excelling at school and in life, and will soon be contributing their brainpower to help you develop more practical and sustainable practices for humanity to be more in harmony with the Planet, for by focusing to create eco projects to aid Nature will restore balance to Earth’s Eco Systems.

For children and teens:

Some factors and reasons that limit and cause many children and teens to not be able to develop their own critical and independent thinking, which prevents them from becoming well read and educated.
– Children will often hear that some children are lucky and have the ability of just listening to classroom lessons too be able to do well in school tests and  exams, and don’t have to study hard to do well at school.- Children will hear that these children are clever and this is why they do so well at school.- Children will often be told to pay more attention in class or will be told they are not paying attention during a classroom lesson.
The problems are that many children and teens will believe that they do not have the capabilities of listening in classroom lessons to be able to to well in school tests and exams.
The problems are that when children and teens choose to believe they can not do something or do not have certain abilities, then mentally they have chosen to limit themselves, for the moment anyone chooses to say they can not do something, is the exact moment they have chosen to convince and given their brain the command that it can not be done.
The brain will except it can not be done, and the child will not even attempt to try. 
This human trait is often seen when older people who can read and write, will have their cell phones in hand, and will state they can not operate the features or the apps, yet the features and the apps will give visual texts and prompts of how to proceed.
The same cell phones handed to a two year old child, who can not read or write, will see the child finding the music or videos in next to no time at all and will be able to operate the cell phone and listen to music and watch the videos. 
Another human trait is revealed and this is the emotional feeling that children feel when stressed, emotionally hurt and self induced anxiety levels. 
Children and teens will be seen and heard commenting that someone has hurt their feelings and will be observed pointing and touching the area around their breast bone.
These visuals scenes are seen daily amongst children, teens and adults and occur cross the various religions, cultures and creeds.
Children and teens will often be heard asking the question ” Why”, as they attempt to gain insights, understandings and enlightenment, in an attempt to gain wisdom to ease their mindsets of being. Children also ask the ” Why” questions for the one on one environment that are created, that aid them or aid their learning.
Unfortunately, many a time the why questions can be met with irritation.Unfortnayely children can form habit forming traits of what they are been shown of how to engage and converse with one another.
A house hold that involves a lot of shouting from one room to another will be the norm of conversations.
A common trait of breathing techniques and routine reflexes can be observed to be the instantaneous triggers to engage the brain to be able to instantaneous go into focused analytical mode and mental brain emotional mode is achieved with a signal sent to the breast plate bone area, to engage emotional feelings.
Anyone can observe and experience these traits happening to themselves.
Humans are stated as being emotional beings and by gaining insights, understandings and enlightenment as to why and how these emotions work, will empower learners to be able to know how to use their mindsets, human traits and brain functions to excel at school and in their social lives.
In much as the same way that many sports professionals will have sessions with psychiatrists,  so as to gain insights and mental mindsets to excel and perform at their best consistently.
The sports professional will gain mental insights, understandings and techniques on how to mentally prepare or create the correct mindsets during various situations that might occur during their sporting game and trade, so too can children and teens be helped to know how to excel at school and life.
One will often hear people talking about advice: ” Listen to advice and take the advice you believe to be correct for you”. ” Chew and take the meat, but leave the bone”.
In much as the same way that a school subject text book’s chapter might consists of 26 pages of information and the last page of revision will have condensed all the previous pages of information into one single page, so too has a lot of “bone” (information) been given so that children and teens can find it easier to find the meat (the important bits of information).
The text written here is to help children and teens who don’t have parents and guardians who can afford to send their children too psychologist and psychiatrists, to be able to gain insights and understandings.
The text is also been written so that children in classrooms can understand that when all of their fellow class learners are excelling it creates an environment that allows for each learner to develop their education and become well educated, well read and well spoken.
The increased number of children and teens who become well educated and read, helps create wealthier communities who then also have the education and wisdom to develop more healthier and sustainable water and sanitation infrastructure, healthier ways of waste management and to develop practices that aid Nature to sustain life on the Planet, so that future children, teens and adults have a Planet to be able to live their gifts of life.
For children and teens:
The reason why some children can listen in classroom lessons and do well in tests and exams, is because they have chosen to be calm and have the desire to want to learn and gain from the classroom lessons.
These children might not know that they are aiding their natural learning ability that all children have, which is the ability to develop key memory recall in the same way that all children, teens and adults will experience when they misplace an item. ( Human Traits of 1and 2).
If children, teens and adults get upset and become frustrated then they won’t be able to remember,  their anxiety levels will increase and they won’t be able to remember what comment they might have wanted to add to a conversation or where a misplaced item might be.
The fastest way of finding the items is to remain calm and retrace their activities or steps to gain access to recall memory.

– Be calm in the classroom and pay attention to develop the natural abilities of learning that everyone has, which is the ability to create memory from the comments, scenes, explanations and laughter that might happen during the classroom lessons.- It is not just a lesson but an opportunity to develop your natural skills and abilities.- It is also an opportunity to understand that humans have the ability to commit to long turn memory any happy or painful memories experiences.- Now by beginning the classroom lesson with the mindset of creating visuals and hearing memory keys, it then sets the steps of recall memory of the lost item or the new information gain related to school subject lessons.- After school, home work now becomes a breeze for recall memory of the various classroom lessons, now aids the homework to flow with ease.

3 easy Routines:
School will generally consists of 8 subjects and 7 subjects will more than likely be in English with the 8 subject been another language.
To excel in the schools test and exams would require been able to understand the test and exam questions correctly.
By understanding the eight parts of speech allows learners to then answer the questions correctly for the language meanings of questions are understood.
To be able to finish the exams or tests before the aloted time, so as to recheck the your answers given to the corresponding questions, would require the learner to be skilled in spelling, reading and writing.
By been able to understand and apply the 31 Spelling rules, will allow for tests and exams to be completed well before the alotted time.
The use of applying the 31 spelling rules to each subject’s new lessons and words each day, allows for the mastering of the 31 spelling rules as well as been proficient in pronunciation, spelling, reading, neatness and speed of writing 
* * * It is very important to understand why so many learners battle and struggle to read.* * *It is just as important to understand and recognise the visible mental stresses, anxieties and the breaking of the learners spirits that cause and lead to many types of mental issues and problems to begin to develop in many learners mindsets, as they continue to battle to read.

The reasons why so many children battle to read at school: 
– many schools have adopted a new style of teaching children to read:- parents are encouraged to not interfere or attempt to teach their children to read, for the “New Style is the preferred method of many schools.- the ” New Style of reading”, is explained by teachers and stated that due to there been words that can not be spelled and referred to as ” Sight Words”, the learners are encouraged to remember these words by ” Sight” when attempting to learn to read.( Big problemwellbeing.
Children and teens will often ask ” Why questions” :
– the number one reason is because they seek the one on one attention, which has been programmed from birth when their mothers showed them love and attention, and they became the centre of attention.( This human trait is seen in society’s social media platforms of posting” Selfies, here I am” and the interactions and comments people make on these platforms, that causes a chemical mental high, which results in people been eager to jump on their social media platforms to get their daily mindset high.-  Children and teens will continue to ask the why questions as soon as their previous why question has been answered, and this human trait it a common occurrence. – ***** Sometimes parents and guardian will get irritated by some of the why questions that seen trivial or are not demonstrating intelligence, or have already been answered or shows that the child is not using their own logic or paying “attention” too the parent or guardian.
****** But here is the beauty, by knowing and understanding that children are not just seeking attention but are also trying to understand and seek answers to their minds thoughts, this human trait can then be capitalised upon, to help and show children how to be able to answer many of their own ” Why questions”.
At many schools there is big emphasis been placed on meditation and yoga as tools to help children perform better at schools.
Yet if children have developed a human trait from birth to seek attention and love, then love would be deemed important to the mindset of children and here lies the beauty for once children can begin to love themselves, which only comes once the child excepts who they are and then tries to better themselves through answering and understanding their “why questions”.
Unfortunately, children can only start this journey of self acceptance and self love at schools if they can be helped to know how to cope and excel at schools. 
For children and teens:
Afford yourself the opportunities to view people who are well read and watch their eye movement when they are reading.

Each subject lessons of new words gained are added to that subjects notebooks back page.Helps to increase vocabulary, as well as spelling and pronunciation are established, due to the 31 spelling rules been applied during the syllable break down.
Each word is broken down into syllables:.eg established – e/st/a/b/lish/ed;taste- t/ a – would have written above this small letter ‘a’ the capital ‘ A’ due to the spelling rule of the silent ‘e’ at the end which causes the small letter ‘a’ to be pronounced with the capital phonetic sound of the large alphabet of ‘A’Eg  t/ a ‘A’/st/e – silent e change ‘a’ to pronounce ‘A’ =  t/ ‘A’ /st/e                  “A”- taste – t/ a. /st/e silent ‘e’ changes ‘a’ to big letter sound of ‘A’
The notes are then studied and due to the steps of recall memory involved it makes it easier to remember, for if one of the steps are forgotten, there are other steps of recall memory that can be used to aid in remembering a step of memory that has been temporarily forgotten.
Once every two weeks the notes are read over, which allows for the refreshing of memory.
It will quickly become apparent and many children will be surprised at the large amount of information that they are capable of retaining, with the ability of ease to tap into and gain access to information stored in their short and long-term memory.
The bonus is that these children will become calmer, confident, happier, contempt and more silent as they begin to focus on developing their education.
Children and teens become more silent as their brains begin to develop processing patterns of thought on the information they have acquired or been exposed too and they begin to work out their own” Why questions” for themselves.
Just like cell phones and computers use apps to create processing patterns that are adapted to the style of the user.
The children will also not be quick to anger or get frustrated for they have become focused and will not surcome to distraction easily that would hinder their newfound abilities, goals and desires to excel academically and in life. 
The real bonus is that each new parent or guardian that gets to read this text, will see another child gaining the insights and understandings of this text where their child or children will begin to enlighten themselves and become capable of making a better life and world for themselves, their families, their friends, other global children, and their Planet.
